"Starting as a Laboratory Assistant at Ansell Lanka, one of the world's leading personal protective equipment manufacturers, I developed deep expertise in latex compound testing, polymer behaviour, and quality assurance systems. That foundation gave me chance to participate the starting "Ansell Sterile Solutions India" my first greenfield project.Then i have opertunity to join with "The National Medical Products" also known as "DAMAD" in Saudi Arabia the second greenfield project, where I now working as Operation Executive.

Contributed to the establishment of a new manufacturing facility from the ground up. Implemented laboratory protocols, quality systems, and production SOPs during critical pre-launch and ramp-up phases.
